What in the h.e.l.l. is a "War on Terror"?

What is terror? Are the words "Arab" or "Muslim" a part of the definition? When many think of terror they think of the middle east. In general, the face/profile of terror has a nationality, a look, a color. Please, please, please... think for yourself! Guard your mind! Don't believe the hype!
