In times past, my heart/mind was somewhere else besides the relationship I was in. So, my heart wasn't into was I was in at the time... It was somewhere else. I have learned to keep it with me and share with who I'm with at the time. My heart is big! Keeping it with me means in essence being present. So when I'm on the phone talking to so and so, I'm sharing my heart with that person. When I'm emailing such and such my heart is there. When I am with my husband my heart is with him. Not sure if that all makes sense...maybe the thought/feeling will be refined/clearer in time. But in essence my heart goes where it needs to and I'm learning to keep it with me, and not let it be stuck in the past of what was. Love is a now thing. The heart is present now!!!
