If you didn't know...

If you didn't know that this was happening in America, you'd think that this was some so-called third world country. The richest, "baddest" nation in the world. We are an embarassment! I know that the potential damage that natural disasters can do cannot be fully predicted and planned for, but we knew about New Orleans. We knew the storm was coming! We predicted the potential damage. Just as we had ships in the gulf region of the middle east before we planned to drop a bomb, we could have planned and had ships and supplies nearby because we knew it could be a potential disaster. We knew! At least the hospitals could have been evacuated before the hurricane came. To see dead bodies in America... They speak of snipers, looting...Didn't they save Private Lynch? Oh, I forgot that was a staged, hollywood production. We've gotten people put of worse situations. This is a rude awakening for America, for me. We aren't as bad as we think we are! God, Help us if we have a wide scale terrorist attack.

People used to think that those who stocked up canned goods and supplies in basements were crazy. It seems pretty smart right now!
