Why? Do they shoot to kill college kids who destroy and burn after football and basketball games? Did they ever consider that we have police in every city because people break laws everyday regularly? What do they expect in a situation like this? With death and devastation all around...will the criminals in every american city stop being criminals because there is a disaster? You should expect that the situation would deteriorate rapidly when people are without food, water, medical attention... Wake up people!

How do you distinguish between those who are hungry for food and those who are criminal minded, deranged, drug addicted and searching for a way to get drugs? The line is thin. As the situation continues to deteriorate no one is thinking straight! Not even if you did start out mentally healthy when the tragedy began.
