Question

Like the oil pipelines that run through the Middle East, we have pipelines from poor communities to the prisons. Public policy supports that. Do local, state, and federal public policies support the advancement of people of color in America? Many say that blacks have the same opportunities as whites in America. Do we really have the same opportunities? Why haven't we had any Black Presidents of the United States? Why aren't Black faces on the United States currency as it is in Ghana or the Bahamas?
