In case you haven't learned to decipher Bush code yet that("...no reason to hold any administration officials accountable for mistakes or misjudgments...") means- Shut the F*&%-Up! Like his drug history he has declared that there is nothing else to say about it. He can whatever he wants because he's commander in chief. God help us all.
