Mediocrity

I'm not sure why I keep weighing options of mediocrity. Lining up options for myself, none of which I would choose if it were left up to me. And why have I forgotten that it is all left up to me? Choices which remain the creation of someone else's reality. A reality that has become my own. Where is the faith that is often spoken of? Where is the passion? Where is the truth? If it doesn't exist create it! We preach it! We teach it! But it's not practiced. We tell our sons and daughters that they can be and do whatever they set their minds to and yet they rarely see it in our example.

Where is the plan? What is the plan? If God spoke to the elements and created and gave life to and from them, can I? Can we?

It's time to get serious, focused, and honest. What is the desired? What is the goal? Define it. Refine it. Do it...make it happen!
