Normal Hurricane?

Mr. Bush, What is a normal Hurricane? A hurricane that devastates Florida? "...a cruel and wasteful storm." ... In comparison to what other kind of storm? A benevolent storm spreading cheer and glee? Is our fearless leader going to get us involved in a "War on Hurricanes"? Do we have a new enemy now? Those dang Hurricane sneak attacks.
