Thirteen days after Hurricane Katrina destroyed their homes, many say they've received no assistance.
More than 200 of them walked through the gates of the Astrodome Saturday morning, hoping to get financial help.
Although the Red Cross is still giving out debit cards, the Federal Emergency Management Agency has suspended its program.
FEMA is instead making direct deposits or mailing checks to victims who've registered.
